SENIOR BEACH DAY
at SANTA CRUZ BEACH BOARDWALK

Required: Sign-up and Permission
Suggested Donation*: $35.00 per person which covers transportation, unlimited amusement rides, and lunch. All donations will go to support the total costs of the field trip.
*Seniors will be able to participate with or without a donation.
Sign-up is required to attend.
TRAVEL:
Senior Beach Day travel is by bus only. Chaperones are members of the faculty and administration of Los Gatos High School. Realizing that certain risks are involved, the District will exercise reasonable precautions in order to make the event a safe and enjoyable experience. Each student in attendance is expected to abide by District regulations and to exercise good judgment at all times. Students who as of June 3rd are not passing a class required for graduation must attend school and will not be permitted at Beach Day. For those not permitted to attend, for this reason, the day on campus will be a proactive day, designed to assist you in reaching your goal of passing class and graduating.
*REQUIRED*
Sign up and permission is required. You must acknowledge permission for your student to be allowed to attend Senior Beach Day and agree that the electronic digital capture is the legally binding equivalent to your signature.
RULES:
- All School rules apply. And remember…..NO SKATEBOARDS
- Drinking of alcoholic beverages, use of tobacco or use of drugs is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Infractions will result in serious penalties which will include suspension, exclusion from graduation ceremonies, etc.
- The boundaries for our activities will be from the river mouth up to and including the volleyball courts past the wharf. The street in front of the beach is also within limits.
- Seniors are to ride to and from the activity on the same bus.
In case of emergency:
a) A faculty member can be found at the Beach Deck group picnic area.

c) There is a first aid station on the Boardwalk.
d) We have transportation for anyone seriously ill or injured.
