***High/low macro days give the option of two higher calorie days of the week to help with adherence while in a dieting phase due to increased flexibility of macros in alignment with lifestyle.
***Diet break and or refeed days provide implementation of deficit macros with diet breaks and or refeed days (more structured than the high/low option) with the goal of delaying metabolic adaption, replenishing glycogen stores, and improving biofeedback while in a dieting phase.
With EACH macro assessment, I will provide macros in the format of the product that is selected, but I will also give my best recommendations if I believe a reverse diet (or another option) is more appropriate for you and your goals.
