Microchip Number/Rabies Tag/ID Tag Please note a valid microchip number can only be 9, 10, or 15 characters. Some microchips do have letters, but if the length is not 9, 10, or 15, have the chip rescanned, because the number is incorrect. EXCEPTION- If the chip number starts with TR, or if the animal also has an ID or Rabies Tag, put information in the Comments field at the end or send a photo. (Put 000 in this field if no microchip.)

If you are a non-profit 501(c)3 rescue, (otherwise skip this question), please understand that our mission is to reunite lost animals with their families. We only look for owners if the lost animal can be returned to the owner. (Obviously we do not want an abused animal returned, but a legal determination of abuse is up to the authorities.)
