Position Title: Account Lead
Reports To: Advertising and Public Relations Directors
Overview:
The Account Lead will oversee and manage client relationships, project timelines, and deliverables, providing seamless communication between the client and the agency team. This role is crucial in supporting the development of advertising and public relations strategies, coordinating internal and client-facing meetings, and ensuring that all account initiatives are executed to a high standard. Account Leads are expected to proactively manage projects, bring creative solutions to client challenges, and cultivate a productive relationship with their clients and teams.
Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open, timely, and professional communication
-Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls, preparing agendas, managing follow-ups, -and ensuring project milestones are met
-Collaborate with account teams to develop creative solutions in response to client needs, integrating advertising and PR strategies effectively
-Prepare, review, and present reports on project performance, analytics, and next steps
-Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
-Exhibit problem-solving initiative, offering solutions in response to both team and client challenges
