We have a small budget to reduce these fees in cases of financial hardship. Grants given to individuals will depend on the number of applications we receive. Please contact the AGSD-UK office if you would like to be considered for a conference bursary.
Friday
B&B only for those arriving the day before the conference
Saturday and Sunday: Residential Package
If you are staying overnight on Saturday, then all your costs are included in the residential package:
Saturday: Lunch, Conference day-delegate fees, Conference Dinner, one bedroom
Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch, Conference day-delegate fees
B&B and lunches for children (under 14) sharing a room with parents are provided for free, but a charge of £5 is made for their dinner on Saturday evening.
Most rooms can accommodate two adults and one child on a pull-out bed
A limited number of accessible rooms are available please contact the AGSD-UK office to discuss your requirements and availability of these facilities. We may also be able to make a standard room more accessible for you.
