《女人行表揚會》條款和規則

1）提名流程及賽制

• 挑選符合資格的組別並在截至前提交申請文件。
• 截止日期：2024年5月30日
• 第一回合由“女人行表揚會”委員進行賽選
• 大會發佈入圍名單
• 第二回合 “女人行表揚會” 評委們面試
• 評判標準及準則
  •鼓舞人心的激勵故事– 30%
  •社會服務 – 30%
  •傳承價值 – 40%
  •主辦單位保留檢查申請人所提供資料的權力。
  •主辦單位將依據評審團最終的結果，並在表揚之夜宣布。
• **评审团的决定为最终决定，恕不受理。
• 第三回合“女人行表揚會”頒獎禮於2024年9月25日

 

2）提名資格

•被提名人必須符合提名類別的資格。
•不少過500字的提名推薦函，必須由提名人撰寫。
•由不多於一名提名人推薦，並且不接受自薦。
•被提名人必須能親自出席 2024年9月25日 第7届《女人行表揚會》.
•申請人必須提交大會要求的文件及報名費。

 

3）提名組別及申請資料

• 全職/職業主婦
  申請資格：已婚或單親的全職媽媽 / 職業媽媽（上班族）
  所需文件：申請表格， 申請者人履歷， 個人登記文件， 照片一張及 500字推薦信 （ 推薦信必須由提名人親筆寫 ）
  報名費 – 马币 500

• 個人社會貢獻者
  申請資格：義工/社會工作者/社會機構發起人
  所需文件：申請表格， 申請人履歷， 個人登記文件， 照片一張及 500字推薦信 （ 推薦信必須由提名人親筆寫 ）
  報名費 – 马币 500

• 女青年影響力
  申請資格：20嵗-35歲以下，已婚或單身均可
  所需文件：申請表格， 申請人履歷， 個人登記文件， 照片一張及500字推薦信 （ 推薦信必須由提名人親筆寫 ）
  報名費 – 马币 800

• 女創業家
  申請資格：其公司年資不超過5年，申請者必須是公司/品牌創辦人
  所需文件：申請表格，申請人履歷， 個人登記文件， 照片一張， 商業登記BR， 公司簡介及500字推薦信 （ 推薦信必須由提名人親筆寫 ）
  報名費 – 马币 1000
• 女企業家
  申請資格：其公司年資需超過10年以上，申請人必須是公司持有人
  所需文件：公司必須10年以上，申請表格，申請人履歷， 個人登記文件， 照片一張， 商業登記BR， 公司簡介及500字推薦信 （ 推薦信必須由提名人親筆寫 ）
  報名費 – 马币 1,800

 4）入圍者獎勵
獲得大會辦法入圍證書

5）获得表扬者的奖励
获得1 枚年度纪念證書、獎狀及个人采访。

7）非線上申請，填妥的表格連同相關文件及提名付款收據, 請於2024年5月30日或該日前提交或郵寄至主辦單位 admin@womenglamouraward.com, 請註明 ”女人行表揚會2024” 。

主辦單位保留“女人行表揚會”的的得獎者訪問影片的版權權力，以便隨後出版或展覽與鼓勵女性獎及其出版物有關的內容。 

 

《Women Glamour Award》rules and regulations

1. Nomination Process and Competition Format
2. Select eligible categories and submit application documents before the deadline.
3. Deadline: May 30, 2024
4. The first round of selection will be conducted by the "Women's Achievement Committee." The list of finalists will be announced by the organizing committee.
5. In the second round, the "Women's Achievement Committee" judges will conduct interviews.
6. Evaluation Criteria:
   • Inspirational and motivational stories - 30% 
   • Social service - 30%  
   • Value inheritance - 40%
7.  The organizing committee reserves the right to verify the information provided by the applicants.
8.  The final results will be announced during the Awards Night based on the judging panel's decision.**The decision of the judging panel is final and cannot be contested.
9. The Awards Ceremony of the "Women Glamour Award" will be held on September 25, 2024, in Kuala Lumpur.

Nomination Qualifications

• Nominees must meet the qualifications of their respective categories.
• A nomination recommendation letter of no less than 500 words must be written by the nominator.
• Each nominee can be recommended by no more than one nominator, and self-nominations are not accepted.
• The nominees must be available to attend the 7th Women Glamour Awards in Kuala Lumpur on September 25, 2024.
• Nominee must submit the required documents and registration fee as requested by the organizing committee.

Categories and Application Documents

 

1) Full-time/Homemaker (Married or single full-time mothers / working mothers)

• Required Documents:
• Application form & Applicant's resume,
• Personal identification documents,
• one photo, 
• 500-word recommendation letter (must be handwritten by the nominator)
• Registration Fee: RM 500

2) Community Contribution (Volunteers/Social workers/Social initiative founders）

• Required Documents:
• Application form & Applicant's resume,
• personal identification documents & 1 portrait photo
• 500-word recommendation letter (must be handwritten by the nominator)
• Registration Fee: RM 500

3）Young Women Influencer （20 to 35 years old, married or single）

• Required Documents:
• Application form & Applicant's resume,
• personal identification documents & 1 portrait  photo, 
• 500-word recommendation letter (must be handwritten by the nominator)
• Registration Fee: RM 800

4) Female Entrepreneur  (The company should be less than 5 years old, and the applicant must be the founder of the company/brand.)

• Required Documents:
• Application form & applicant's resume,
• Personal identification documents & 1 portrait photo,
• Business registration (BR) document, company introduction,
• 500-word recommendation letter (must be handwritten by the nominator)
• Registration Fee: RM 1,000

 

5) Business Women (The company should be established for over 10 years, and the applicant must be the company's owner. )

• Required Documents:
• Application form & applicant's resume,
• Personal identification documents, 1 portrait photo,
• business registration (BR) document, & company introduction,
• 500-word recommendation letter (must be handwritten by the nominator)
• Registration Fee: RM 1,800

Benefit and reward

• Inclusion in the Shortlist Recipients will be awarded a certificate of nomination by the organizing committee.
• Awards for Honorees Recipients will receive an annual commemorative certificate, an award, and a personal interview.

For non online submition
