Performance Request Form

Corazón Folklórico DC, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Point of Contact for the performance request should complete this form. Please submit your request at least four weeks prior your event to allow us for planning. The company is typically available for performances during weekends or weekdays after 5:00 PM. However, we will do our best to consider all performance requests. Thank you ahead for your interest in Corazón Folklórico.

Nonpartisan and Nonpolitical Status
As a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization, Corazón is legally required to remain nonpartisan.
“Nonpartisan” means we do not support, oppose, or endorse any political party, candidate, or campaign.
“Nonpolitical” means we do not participate in lobbying, political fundraising, or advocacy on legislative issues.
This is not only a legal requirement under federal law but also essential to protecting our grant funding and tax-exempt status.
