2019 Walkerville Art Walk Vendor Application

This event is hosted by the Walkerville BIA

This event is open to all handmade businesses.

Dates:

Friday July 19th 5pm - 10pm

Saturday July 20th 12noon- 7pm

Location:

Walkerville Art Walk Vendors

Vendors will be placed within the street closure in Walkerville on Wyandotte st between Devonshire rd & Gladstone, within the event.

Price: $100 for 2 days, 10x10 space outdoors, no indoor spaces available.

Requirements:

Vendors are to provide their own 10x10 tent, tables & chairs for the event. Along with any display items you may need with table cloths.

Vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event.

Security will be provided friday night & Saturday Morning. It is the vendor discretion & liability to leave any product overnight.

If accepted you will recieve a confirmation email with all details & payment deadlines from either Walkerville BIA.

We will create a waitlist & payment secures your space in the show.
**Please Submit 3 photos of your work plus 2 photos of your booth set up to walkervillevendors@gmail.com with your business name in the subject line of the email.

Only when we recieve your photos will your application be complete.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have been notified of acceptance, your money has been deposited. Absolutely no refunds or credits for cancellations due to any reason within 30 days of the festival date. All other cancellations made prior to the 30 day window will be refunded less an $50 administration charge.

LIABILITY: As we do not require insurance all vendors understand they are responsible for any liability and property damages that may occur on the ‘host’ property hosted by Walkerville BIA. I agree to waive Walkerville BIA and the ‘host’ property from any claims.

CONTRACT: I have read and fully understand this application and the attached guidelines required by the organizers.
I declare that, to the best of my knowledge, my designs are original and exclusive to me and have not been intentionally copied from a pre-existing source.
