If a dumpster has anything sticking above the height of the wall, it must be rearranged in order to legally be hauled. Laborers often overfill dumpsters. It is the your responsibility to ensure the debris is below the wall height.
You can avoid us being forced to leave the dumpster, letting you rearrange it, us coming back again, and having to charge a $135 additional trip fee. The driver must still be able to fit all debris below the height of the dumpster wall.
If you purchase, our driver will spend up to 15 minutes rearranging debris over the top of the bin for $30, so that it can be hauled. This is a 70% OFF savings compared us having to leave, let you rearrange it, come back again.
Don't want to wait in line for service?
Dumpsters are delivered and picked up in the order that they are placed. This can mean you waiting days for a delivery, pick up, or swap out.
If you would like for us to rearrange the schedule with clients who have existing orders, and expedite your service, you can be moved toward the front of the line for $25 per dumpster.
This service guarantees other orders that come in are not put in front of yours.
You can purchase extra days in advance at $7 per day. Extra days requested after delivery are $14 per day.
These CANNOT be accepted: paint, chemicals, solvents, oil, fuels, herbicides, pesticides, asbestos, radioactive, highly flammable, explosives, bio-medical, liquid wastes, Freon, toxic or hazardous material, fluorescent light ballasts, batteries, fuel tanks, nuclear or fissile materials. The following CAN be accepted. These items require a special loading procedure. A separate fee per item is charged by the disposal center.
How many of each item will you put in the dumpster? Fill in the blank below. Example: # of tires 3.
Should specifically excluded waste (as listed above, but not limited to) be dumped in the container, causing a rejection of material at the dump site, the Client shall be responsible for all costs associated with rejection of the load and agrees to reimburse us for the said costs. In addition, Client agrees to be responsible for all fines imposed by local, state, or federal agencies due to the illegal dumping of said material. We reserve the right to not accept any hazardous waste, at our discretion. If any of these items are found while dumping the load, there is an additional charge per item at double the rate of initially disclosing to us of the hazardous waste. The City of Austin accepts hazardous waste at the following facility. You can call (512) 974-4373 for Austin Resource Recovery and take the items to: 3810 Todd Lane (Near I35 and 290). Their hours are M-F 8 AM to 4 PM.
The following weight is included in the pricing of our bins:
- 5 yard dumpsters include 1.5 ton or 3,000 lbs limit (unless cleanfill*).
- 10 yard dumpsters include 2.0 ton or 4,000 lbs limit.
- 15 yard dumpsters include 2.5 ton or 5,000 lbs limit.
- 20 yard dumpsters include 3.0 ton or 6,000 lbs limit.
- 30 yard dumpsters include 4.5 ton or 9,000 lbs limit.
- 40 yard dumpsters include 5.0 ton or 10,000 lbs limit.
You can purchase extra-weight in advance for 30% OFF the regular price of $95 per partial ton. When you have dense heavy materials to dispose of, this is a great savings.
Most all dumpster companies prohibit these materials. Why? These materials weight about 1.5 to 2.0 tons per cubic yard. If a 10 yard dumpster is filled with these materials, it can weigh 20 tons, and the dumpster cannot be lifted or hauled by ANY company.
Do you need to dispose of these earthy materials? Ask about a 5 yard dumpster exclusive for these materials. This allows for clean-fill recycling disposal when not combined with miscellaneous debris.
If you are disposing of earthy materials, it must qualify as clean-fill to be disposed of at a flat rate. If it does not qualify as cleanfill, the disposal site charges per ton of debris. A 5 yard dumpster can hold about 6 tons of earthy materials. If you have 1 ton of weight included in your rental, then you are stuck paying $95 per ton times 5 tons, in addition to the dumpster rental price.
Cleanfill means ONLY these materials may be put in the dumster: concrete, ashpalt, stone, rock, tile, gravel, sod, and dirt (if there is rebar in the concrete, that is usually okay). If there is any miscellaneous trash, wood, or other debris in the dumpster, the disposal site will reject it as cleanfill. Then it cannot be disposed of at a flat rate, and they charge per ton. Even if something like a piece of scrap wood is placed on top of the cleanfill load, it invalidates the cleanfill, and must be charged $60 per ton, instead of the cleanfill rate. This is the rules of the disposal site, not ours, but we must follow them.
Loads must never exceed 4 tons or 8,000 lbs in a single dumpster. This is the maximum debris weight we can legally haul. Excess weight shall be removed/placed in additional containers by Client (at the Client’s expense), when available. If load is overweight and we are ticketed, Client agrees to pay all costs associated with the citation ticket. Client authorizes us to charge their card for this expense.
Containers shall be loaded evenly and placed on hard level surface to insure safe transportation of contents.
Containers must not exceed their volume capacity. Material extending above the wall height of the container will either be removed or rearranged by Client.
If a dumpster cannot be picked-up, or dropped-off for the following reasons, a $135 trip fee may be assessed to the client:
+ Overweight dumpster
+ Debris filled above dumpster wall height
+ Cars or any items blocking access to pick up or drop off a dumpster
+ Low power lines or tree branches
+ Inaccessible driveways or parking lots due to locked gates or any other reason
Relocation of Dumpster:
Dumpsters must not be moved by the client. We can relocate the dumpster upon request and apply a $135 trip fee.
Damage to Dumpster:
Client is responsible for any damage to the dumpster (including theft and damage from front-end loaders) while on their site. Client may be charged for cost of repairs to the dumpster. If paint, plaster, concrete or other materials are stuck on the outside or inside of the dumpster a $75 per hour cleaning fee may be assessed.
We will make every effort to protect your property. However, we are not responsible or liable for damaged property due to our equipment, employees or vehicles. Client renting the bin and receiving the service accepts all responsibility for damages.
Authority Imposed Fines:

Included are dump fees, environmental fees, fuel fees and others as imposed by city ordinance, taxes or fees imposed by licensing entities and charges imposed by waste disposal facilities.
