The Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight of venue operations, successful management of facilities/inventory and for maintaining a high level of customer service for both internal and external clients. This position serves as the primary point of contact and is the responsible party for all internal and external bookings of The Addison Farm. S/he will develop policies and procedures and create efficiencies within operations. In addition, this person serves as the point of contact for all functions/events. The ideal candidate must have outstanding customer service and leadership skills, be very detail-oriented, and be a team player. The Addison Farm is located in Elon, NC.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, execution of all private events, email and phone communication with clients and vendors, facilitation of in-person meetings as needed, scheduling and management of staff, coordination of deliveries, oversight of inventory and facility maintenance. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for assisting in maximizing profits and minimizing loss. S/he should strive to create a positive work environment with fellow staff members and to provide excellent customer service.
