Last June we launched the Inclusive Community Committee, a staff committee to work on designing a trajectory for understanding issues of equity and identity across the five years of the Teaching Fellowship. We would like your feedback to see whether our thinking about the curriculum is reflective of your experiences. Your data will give us a more complete story about the current state of equity and identity work within the Fellowship including the bright spots and challenges that we may have. Our next step as a committee is to share with the Knowles Community guiding principles for equity and identity work that will focus and connect the curriculum of the five-year Fellowship.
