PJ Library in South Africa is a programme of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, implemented in partnership with the South African Board of Jewish Education and the United Herzlia Schools. The award-winning books celebrate Jewish culture, values and traditions through a wide range of stories and beautiful illustrations.
Children in Pretoria have already been receiving PJ Library books since April 2018. We invite you to register if you meet the eligibility guidelines below. Please use this form to enrol your child(ren) for a direct subscription, which will be available for pickup at a designated location.
Eligibility Guidelines:
In order to be eligible for PJ Library, your child must be raised in a Jewish family and be in one of the following age groups:
- Junior group preschool
- Senior group preschool
- Grade R
- Grade 1
- Grade 2
Please note that once your child graduates Grade 2, he/she will no longer receive PJ Library books.
