Position Title: Art Director
Reports To: Creative Director, Account Lead
Overview:
The Art Director leads the visual direction of client campaigns, ensuring that creative designs align with the client’s messaging and appeal to the target audience. This role requires a skilled visual communicator who can develop innovative, visually compelling content and collaborate with the team to bring ideas to life. Responsibilities include attending weekly meetings, interpreting account briefs, creating original concepts, and presenting visuals to clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
-Lead the development of all visual elements across client campaigns, from initial concepts to final execution
-Attend weekly Monday meetings (4-6 p.m.) and collaborate with account teams on campaign strategies
-Interpret and transform briefs into visually captivating, client-aligned deliverables
-Utilize graphic design software to produce high-quality visuals and adapt them for various digital and print formats
-Collaborate with Copywriters and other team members to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
-Demonstrates a portfolio showcasing creative work and proficiency in visual storytelling
-Strong communicator, organized, and reliable
-Proficient in design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and familiar with Canva
-Passionate about advertising and PR, willing to push creative boundaries for client success
Position Title: Copywriter
Reports To: Creative Director, Account Lead
Overview:
The Copywriter will develop the verbal and messaging elements of client campaigns, from taglines and slogans to full scripts. This role requires a creative wordsmith who can craft compelling messages that align with the brand voice, resonate with the target audience, and drive client goals. Responsibilities include attending weekly meetings, creating original copy, conducting research, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across deliverables.
Responsibilities:
-Craft all written components for client campaigns, from taglines to detailed scripts
-Attend weekly Monday meetings (4-6 p.m.) and interpret account briefs with the creative team
-Conduct research on clients, their industries, and target audiences to create relevant messaging
-Develop original and compelling copy that aligns with client goals and brand voice
-Proof and refine all written work to ensure clarity, engagement, and consistency
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
-Strong portfolio showcasing creative writing, particularly in advertising and PR
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Passionate about the advertising industry and committed to high-quality, impactful messaging
-Organized, reliable, and collaborative team player
