Position Title: Digital Lead
Reports To: Digital Director, Account Lead
Overview:
As the Digital Lead, you will play a critical role in driving digital strategy and social media execution for client accounts. This position requires both creative thinking and analytical skills to manage and optimize social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to innovative digital solutions. You’ll be the digital go-to on your account team, regularly advising on best practices, emerging trends, and strategic content planning. This role involves collaboration, problem-solving, and a continuous drive to stay informed about digital trends.
-Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary contact on your account team for social media and digital strategy needs
-Attend weekly Monday meetings (4-6 p.m.) and coordinate weekly check-ins with your account team
-Contribute to and participate in social media brainstorming, strategy sessions, and content planning
-Monitor and report on social media analytics to guide recommendations for optimized performance
-Collaborate closely with the Digital Director, Account Lead, and the account team to meet client objectives
-Stay informed on digital trends and best practices to enhance account team knowledge and client strategies
