You must call us to schedule pick up. The end date is only an estimation and a schedule will not be built upon that.

Company’s rates are for the entire Period, which shall not be prorated (i.e., charges for less than a full Period shall not be prorated). No refunds shall be issued when pick up request is received after invoice creation.

LOCKED LOCATION - Customer acknowledges and accepts that No refunds are eligible for "unable to service" locations with locked gates/keys/lock boxes. If the location needs to be secured with a lock, a combination lock is the only VPS approved option. Daily schedules are based on service vehicle approaching location, driving directly to unit(s), servicing and driving out. Units may not be serviced if equipment / vehicles are blocking access.*

**Setup and Removal**

VannGo will arrange a mutually agreeable time for both delivery and removal. If there are delays in setup or removal not caused by VannGo, a fee of $75 will be charged for each 30-minute increment per delivery/pick up truck.

To minimize potential delays, a layout map for all equipment must be provided at least 24 hours before delivery.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- FOR LARGER EVENTS, A $500 DAMAGE PROTECTION DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED PLUS 50% OF TOTAL RENTAL IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE UNIT(S).
- FOR LARGER EVENTS, THE REMAINING 50% BALANCE OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO BE PAID THE DAY PRIOR TO DELIVERY.
RENTER AGREES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE RESTROOM AND WILL LOSE THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT, AND AGREES TO COVER ANY EXTRA COST OF DAMAGES THAT THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT DID NOT COVER, UNLESS DAMAGE WAIVER COVERAGE IS ADDED TO RENTAL AGREEMENT.

IF VPS AND RENTER AGREE THAT NO DAMAGE HAS OCCURED, THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF EVENT DATE IF THE DEPOSIT HAD BEEN PAID.

IF RESTROOM REQUIRES ADDITIONAL PUMPING/SERVICING ABOVE THE 1X/WEEK INCLUDED SERVICE, RENTOR WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

RENTER HAS UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE THE DELIVERY DATE TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION OF THE RESTROOM TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT (LESS A $25 PROCESSING CHARGE). AFTER THE 15 DAYS, THE RENTER FORFEITS THE DEPOSIT.
