WAIT TIME: VannGo maintains a competitive price and 5 star service considering immediate access to unit(s) on scheduled service days. Daily overall schedules are timed based on service vehicle approaching locations, driving directly to unit(s), servicing and driving out. Units may not be serviced if vehicles / equipment / locked gates etc. is blocking access.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: VannGo hereby reserves the right to modify the pricing at its discretion, with or without prior notification.
TRASH: Portable toilets are for human waste, not trash. No refuse, hazardous waste or hazardous materials, cardboard, paint, etc. shall be placed in portable toilet(s). VannGo cannot accept it. VANN GO PORTABLE SOLUTIONS (VPS) is not licensed to handle hazardous waste and the facilities where we dispose of sewage will not accept it. IF TRASH IS FOUND IN THE PORTABLE TOILET, AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED.
Furthermore these items clog the service trucks. I will inform my crew of this policy and provide trash receptacles if needed.
MAXIMUM USAGE / PERSONS PER UNIT: 1 unit can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons on a 40 hour work week. Summer heat reduces this threshold. 2X per week service or additional units may be requested to maintain satisfactory conditions.
ACCESSIBILITY: Toilets must be accessible within 20' to the service truck on gravel or paved road. If units are moved, they may not be serviced and/or an additional charge may be added for resulting service.
No refunds are eligible for "unable to service" locations with locked gates/keys/lock boxes. If the location needs to be secured with a lock, a combination lock is the only VPS approved option.
TIP OVERS/ANCHORING: Cleaning of tipped over units from storms etc. are not covered in normal weekly service. Tip over cleaning is an additional fee. Anchoring of units is available if requested at an additional fee. Anchored units that are forcefully lifted with machinery resulting in damage to the unit or to the anchors will be charged appropriately and is NOT covered by damage waiver.
DAMAGE WAIVER: If renter declines optional Damage Waiver, customer accepts full responsibility for all damages to VPS property due to fire, theft or vandalism and agrees to pay reasonable costs of repair and/or replacement of the equipment or its components.
LIABILITY: Renter acknowledges that Renter has care, custody, and control of equipment owned by VPS and accepts responsibility and liabilities for the use of the equipment and its contents. THEREFORE, THE RENTER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS VPS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR INJURY TO OR DEATH OF PERSON OR PERSONS ("CLAIMS") RESULTING FROM OR ARISING IN ANY MANNER OUT OF RENTER'S NEGLIGENT OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT IN THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT FURNISHED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEPT FOR SUCH CLAIMS WHICH ARE THE RESULT OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF VPS. VPS AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS RENTER, ITS PARENT AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RESULTING FROM OR ARISING IN ANY MANNER OUT OF THE NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF VPS OR ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF A PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL SURVIVE TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Customer further acknowledges that he/she is responsible for the unit(s) from the moment they are delivered to customer's service location until the time they are picked up by VPS.
Customer must maintain the care and safety of the equipment from damage, vandalism, etc until the unit(s) are in possession of VPS.
No infectious waste shall be placed in the portable toilet.
VPS will not be responsible for damage done to roadways/driveway surfaces, culverts, etc., due to its equipment traveling on customer property, nor will VPS be responsible for damage done to roads, road surfaces, culverts, etc., on property or easements leading to or from the location at which the service is performed due to the negligence of VPS Staff or Contractors.
Customer agrees to notify VPS of any damage to equipment as soon as it is observed so that proper repairs may be made to insure serviceability and safety.
Fuel Surcharge: The fuel surcharge for VannGo Portable Solutions services is based on the published national U.S. on-highway average price for a gallon of fuel. Portable toilets, waste tanks and sink rentals incur a Fuel Surcharge during each billing/ service period. TRASH CAN (IF APPLICABLE) - Customer acknowledges and accepts that VannGo is not responsible for the assembly & tear down of trash can(s) or the disposal of trash bag(s).
