Our mission is to provide the wider Newcastle community with a fun and safe space to learn and develop their individuality performance technique and prop manipulation skills, to encourage an individual to “find their flow” or to get into the “zone” with a new and fun movement initiative, The creative flow initiative. no matter what age or skill level there is a flow prop for you!

We don't exclusively encourage flow arts but also love to embrace and encourage any music artists and photographers come along and join in too! almost any wholesome hobby or activity that promotes good health and joy is welcome.
