Welcome to Perry Panther Vision!!!
Panther Vision is the production division of Perry High School's Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). Panther Vision provides design, audio and video production services for all aspects of the Perry High School community.
During the fall, the main focus of the crew is operation of the Herb St. John Stadium, also known as the Panther Pit, JumboTron. Using the same TriCaster system as college and professional stadiums, Panther Vision plays an important part of the football program. Crew members operate live cameras, replays, commercials, stadium music and even create some of the ads shown during the games.
During the spring, we participate in FBLA competitions, utilizing the skills we use. Also, we run the equipment for the soccer games in the stadium.
When not working on football games, the crew has produced items for the counseling office, cafeteria, several athletic teams, departments and community events.
While you may participate in other activities when on the Panther Vision crew, please be aware of the requirements to remain on the crew.
- If accepted, there will be a $20 fee to cover minor expenses, such as t-shirts, water and snacks during activities.
- Must join and participate in FBLA at a cost of $25 for national dues.
- Attend one meeting per month (usually after school on Wednesdays.)
- Spend at least 1 hour a week on your assigned project (work may be at school or home)
- If you commit to a project, you must complete it.
- If you agree to attend an event, you must show up and participate.
- You must be active for the entire school year to participate in 2021-2022.
- Football players, marching band members and cheerleaders may participate, as we do many things that are not just during football games.
- Due to representing Perry High School to the community, good grades, attendance and behavior are expected and will be monitored.
We look forward to having a great Panther Vision crew for 2020-2021!
