Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for our upcoming event!

Just a little about iEdify, we are all about women building women, and supporting women-owned businesses is huge to us! Our audience is women of Christian faith between the ages of 25-35.

Here's what you need to know:

Dates and Times 

Friday 10/13; 10am-2pm; 5pm-10pm

Saturday 10/14; 10am - 5pm; 7pm-10pm

All vendors can participate both days during all of the times listed, however you have the option to choose which times you would like to participate

Attendees: We are expecting 100 women ( numbers are not gauranteed)

Venue: Hyatt Regency, Dallas Texas - 300 Reunion Blvd. Dallas Texas 

Vendor fee: $150 + one giveaway item

6ft table provided

Black table cloth included 

1 ticket for General Admission Sessions 

1 VIP Admission add -on  +$89.00

Each vendor has an opportunity for product placement for maximized exposure 

This allows the attendees an opportunity to see the products hear about your business and increase possible sells 

-By Providing sample products in the bags for the speakers and honored guests (10), please email iedify@outlook.com if you'd like to participate  

Vendors Set up time: 

Suggested arrival time: 1 hr prior to start time  

Break down time : 20 mins prior to end time  

Attendees will be given 3 times to shop

- Prior to event start times 

-During Event Breaks

- At the end of the Event 

Terms and Conditions: 

We are excited that you have chosen to join us as a vendor for iEdify 2023. All vendors must be APPROVED to sell merchandise / services at iEdify 2023. iEdify staff hold the right to deny any vendor for any reason and in this case, a refund will be processed immediately (minus paypal processing fees). If approved you will recieve a notification. Vendor fees are refundable up until 09/12/2023 then after all vendor fees are non-refundable, but are transferrable upon approval of new vendor. Contact: iedify@outlook.com for questions or concerns. All vendors are asked to remain at the tables at all times, to avoid loss, damaged or stolen items. All vendors are solely responsible for all items, and are liable for any damages to venue property that may occur as a result of products or negligence. iEdify staff, guests or its affiliates are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items during or after iEdify 2023. Vendors can attend general sessions at no additional cost. Any guest/assistant of the vendor must purchase a ticket to join in sessions.
