  • MONTHLY PARKING AGREEMENT

     

    Please read the parking agreement below. By accepting this agreement you are digitally signing and accepting all the terms and conditions.

    This Contract Limits our Liability - Please Read it Carefully

    NO LIABILITY OF LANDLORD

    License Holder understand and agrees that neither Landlord nor any operator hired by Landlord shall be liable for loss of or damage resulting from any cause whatsoever to (a) any vehicle in the Parking Facilities; (b) the contents of any such vehicle; (c) the accessories to any such vehicle; or (d) any property left in the Parking Facilities. License Holder understands and agrees that a material condition to Landlord's agreement to let License Holder use the Parking Facilities is that such use is at License Holder's sole risk. Landlord will not be liable to License Holder for the unavailability of License Holder's reserved stall caused by unauthorized persons parking in such stall nor will any unavailability entitle License Holder to any refund, deduction, or allowance.

    RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION OF LANDLORD

    License holder expressly releases and discharges Landlord and its agents, employees, and contractors from and against, any further waives, any and all claims, demands, cause of action for damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, and property damage arising out of or in condition with the use of the Parking Facilities (including, but not limited to, any damage caused by towing).

    SUBLETTING OF MONTHLY PARKING SPACE IS PROHIBITED

    This practice is prohibited and may lead to cancellation of your parking privilege. This includes any temporary use of the License Holder's card key by another party with the License Holder's knowledge.

    MONTHLY PAYMENTS

    • All payments are due by the 7th of each month
    • Payments will need to be setup as a recurring charge from a credit card or bank account
    • Parker give Elite Parking Services, LLC permission to charge the monthly parking fee by the 7th of each month
    • No substitutions, vacation credits or prorated charges

    AUTOMATIC RECCURING PAYMENTS

    • Payments will be processed by the 7th of every month
    • You will receive a PANDADOC Credit Card or ACH Authorization Form via email
    • This is a secure PCI Compliant form for inputting your credit card information
    • For information regarding the security of the process, you may visit https://www.pandadoc.com/security
    • Be sure that your credit card/ACH information is correct to reduce processing delays
    • If you have not received the form, please check your SPAM folder

    LATE PAYMENTS

    • Payments received after the seventh (7th), will incur a $25.00 late fee per card holder
    • Parking account will be deactivated on the seventh (7th), until the parking charges are paid in full
    • Cardholders will be liable to pay the daily parking rate
    • No refunds for daily parking will be given

    CANCELLATIONS

    • Individuals must complete a monthly parking cancellation form
    • This must be done 10 days prior to cancellation
    • Parking hang tags and access cards must be returned on or before the end of the month
    • Parking fees will not be prorated for partial months

    PARKING HANG TAGS

    • You will be assigned a parking hang tag, one hang tag per agreement
    • The hang tag indicates the type of stall you are assigned
    • Hang tags must be hung on the rear view mirror, or placed on the front windshield (lower left side) of the vehicle
    • Hang tags should only be used on registered vehicles
    • When switching vehicles, it is your responsibility to transfer the hang tag to the vehicle you are going to use that day
    • Vehicles with no visible hang tags will be violated and may be towed away at owner's expense

    LOST OR STOLEN PARKING HANG TAGS

    • Contact the parking manager immediately
    • You will need to purchase a replacement hang tag at $50.00

    CARD KEY - PROPER USAGE

    • Your assigned card key allows only one (1) vehicle in the parking facility at one time
    • You may register multiple vehicles, but only one (1) vehicle may use it at a single time.
    • It is prohibited to give your card key to another parker for use, and may result in loss of parking privileges.

    CARD KEY - PASSBACK

    • Multiple attempts to enter or exit will cause your parking account to be in passback
    • An out of sequence example would be trying to use your card to enter again, if you have not already scanned to exit
    • This behavior is a misuse of your parking, and could result in the termination of the your parking

    LOST OR STOLEN CARD KEYS

    • Contact the parking facility management immediately
    • A $25.00 fee will be assessed for a new card key
    • Old card key will be voided from the system

    FORGOTTEN CARD KEYS

    • Pull a ticket upon entry
    • Notify the parking facility management immediately
    • If it is discovered that you have allowed another person to use your card key, your parking privileges will be immediately revoked

    PARKING IN NON-DESIGNATED AREAS

    • All vehicles parked in non-designated areas create safety and traffic hazards
    • These vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's/driver's expense

    RESTRICTED PARKING STALLS

    • Reserved stalls are designated with a sign stating "Reserved"
    • These stalls are off limits to anyone but the owner of the stall
    • Unauthorized vehicles parked in these reserved stalls are subject to towing at owner's/driver's expense

    OVERNIGHT PARKING

    • No overnight parking is allowed unless authorization is obtained from the Parking Manager in advance
    • Unauthorized vehicles parked overnight are subject to tow at owner's/driver's expense

    VEHICLE REPAIRS

    • Vehicle repairs and/or maintenance are strictly forbidden in the parking facility and/or on the premises
    • All vehicles must have a current registration and safety check

    VEHICLE INFORMATION

    • It is required to keep your vehicle information current at all times
    • Should any of your vehicle information change, you must notify the parking manager

    SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

    • Speed limit in the garage is 5MPH
    • Be alert to pedestrians walking
    • Please adhere to all posted signs (reserved stalls, physically challenged, etc)
    • Failure to comply would result in termination of your parking
    • Do not leave any valuable in car
    • Please remember to lock your vehicle


    This agreement licenses holder to park one vehicle in the parking facility. Only rental space license guarantee, and no bailment is created. The management shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss to said automobile or any other article left in it. This constitutes the entire contract, and customer, by signing, acknowledges receipt of a copy hereof and acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to abide by the foregoing and by the rules and regulations of the Elite parking facility. A copy of these rules and regulations, will be sent to you via email upon submission.

  • CANCEL MONTHLY PARKING

    All cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior. Parking access card will need to be returned to the parking manager prior to the last day of the month.

  • ORDERING VALIDATIONS

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    • All validations are sold in sheets of 40
    • Sheets of validations are individually numbered
    • There is a limit of 5 sheets per type of validation, per order

    VALIDATION FULFILLMENT

    • Delivery of validations are only done on TUESDAY and THURSDAY during normal office hours
    • Validation orders must be received by 9AM THE DAY PRIOR, or they will not be ready until the next fulfillment day
    • Validations are made to order each time

    PAYMENTS

    • Only CHECK payments will be accepted

    INVOICING

    • If you require an invoice, please be sure to notate that in your order
    • Invoices will not be provided by default

    All validations are sold in SHEETS of 40 validations. You are placing your order for how many SHEETS you would like. Validation are only available in the listed time increments below.

  • TENANT SPECIFIC VALIDATIONS

    Only authorized individuals for these validations will be allowed to order. We will confirm before order is created or delivered.

  • SPECIAL REQUESTS OR INSTRUCTIONS

    Please let us know if you would like anything special done with your validation orders. We will do our best to see if we can accomodate your request. Some examples include not printing the validation lengths on the stickers, writting office visit, etc. If we have questions we will contact you.
