Switching Houses Request Form
Fill this form out if you are interested in Switching to another UP(st)ART property!
Note that while we can't guarantee a spot in another house this coming month, your request to switch houses will be placed on our list and you will be contacted when we have a spot available!

If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted by UP(st)ART Admissions who will offer you the spot. If you decide to accept the spot, you will be responsible for a $50 House Switching Fee to be paid by the time you move into the new house.
