*if your yard is fenced, be sure to check for gaps and weaknesses in the fencing before bringing your animal home.
*if you are adopting a larger dog or athletic horse or cow, consider if your fence is tall enough (6 feet)
(Gates should always be locked so the animal cannot be let loose by neighborhood kids, utility service people, etc.)

How do you feel about...
Training is very important and situations likely could pop up during the duration of the animals life. We HIGHLY suggest researching trainers, pricing, etc. before committing to adopting an animal. Trainers do not always come "cheap". This just falls into the cost of owning an animal. We are happy to provide you contacts for training when it comes to puppy classes, basic/advanced obedience, behavior modication, service training, etc.

In the event that this contract is broken at any point following the adoption, I/We are subject to up to $5,000 in fines, legal fees, etc. for breach of contract.
