  • For a successful project, please re-read the contract notice "CARPENTRY NEEDS" again and ensure arrangements have been made.

    3. CARPENTRY NEEDS: 1) Carpentry is to be done prior to Colorwheel’s arrival. In the event needed carpentry is not complete, this may delay the project. 2) If carpentry needs are discovered during the course of the project, other painting will proceed while the owner makes arrangements for carpentry services. In some events, Colorwheel will need to come back and paint replaced boards at a later date, at an additional cost.

  • For a successful project, please re-read this contract notice section titled "OBSTRUCTIONS" and ensure needs are being handled.

    4. OBSTRUCTIONS: A) If decks/porches/patios or other outdoor furnishings are likely to be in the way of Colorwheel’s work, it is the customer’s responsibility to move these items in advance. If any items pose difficulty or are impossible to move, accommodations will be reflected in this contract. B) boats, lawnmowers, tools, trees, shrubs, can also be in the way of our work. Items shall be moved by the customer to accommodate, so please plan accordingly and coordinate with Colorwheel’s staff as needed. In the event Colorwheel needs to trim an item, or tie back branches, some damage is likely to occur depending on the plant type. Colorwheel is not liable for this light damage. C) In the event Colorwheel does move items, they may not be put back in place until the project is near completion, this means a desirable storage or staging location will be needed.
