Submit the JotForm with all completed fields with payment.
You will receive an email with a Google Slides link within 48 hours. Click on the link. You may have to request the Google Slides attachment to be shared with you.
Review thoroughly the Google Slides Presentation.
The last slide has a Google Quiz link. Click on the link and complete the assessment. Scores of 80 and above certifies you and places you on the Miss Georgia Certified Judges List.

Please note that questions will be shuffled. Names will be added weekly to the Miss Georgia Certified Judges List.
