  • Reiki is a non invasive form of energy healing that supports the body physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for the Highest good of the pet. I understand that Reiki session(s) for my animal are intended to provide relaxation, reduce stress, promote overall health and well-being. Reiki energy will flow where it is most needed.
  • I understand that while Reiki can pair well with traditional medical care, it is not a substitute for veterinary care or medicine. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe veterinary medication, perform medical treatment of any kind or interfere with the treatment of a licensed veterinarian or other medical professionals.
  • I understand that the session is totally voluntary, and I may choose to end the session for my animal at any time.
  • I understand that the safety and care of my animal is ultimately my responsibility.
  • I understand that Reiki works for the highest good of the animal and that long- term imbalances may sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. The animal directs the treatment and I respect their wishes, therefore session length and results vary per each session. We can split the session in halves if needed.
  • I understand that at times Reiki can speed up the healing process causing symptoms to get worse before they get better. Reiki is always performed for the Highest Good. The practitioner is a conduit for the energy to flow.
  • I authorize Practitioner, Katie Rowland to offer Reiki session(s) to my animal.
