Prices include standard delivery within local delivery zone. Beyond that a fee of $.50 per mile each way for set up and take down will be charged.

Standard delivery is no further than 20 feet from delivery truck, and additional fee will be charged past that $10.00 for each 1-20 feet.

Autumn's Shade LLC or any of it helpers is not responsible for damage to underground sprinklers systems, water, gas, electrical or sewer lines, trees, shrubs or grass damage caused by delivery installation or pick up.

It is the renters responsibility to find and mark all utilities if you do not know where they are call Miss Dig seven days prior to set up date. For Miss Dig Dial 811.

Tents are meant for temporary shelter and must be evacuated under extreme weather conditions.

Although we make every attempt to keep all of our equipment in the best condition possible we cannot guarantee that the rental equipment (tents, sides, tables or chairs) to be in spotless condition.

Prices quoted are per day unless otherwise noted we may set up mid-week and take down 1 to 3 days after your rental date.

Payment types excepted: cash, check, credit or debit card.

Payment policy is: A 50% deposit is required within 15 days of booking, If the deposit is not received within 15 days the booking will be canceled, The final payment is due 15 days prior to the rental date, If the final payment is not received 15 days prior to the rental date on the 14th day prior to the rental date the booking will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit.

Cancellation policy is: A full refund of your deposit will be returned if the rental is canceled at least 30 days prior to the rental date. If canceled between 15 and 29 days 50% of your deposit will be returned. If canceled 14 days or less before the rental date you will forfeit all of your deposit. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
