    Team Registration

  • The Tournament will be played at Jack Amyette Park basketball courts, Jacksonville, North Carolina on Saturday, May 25th, 2019. The Tournament will start at 10:00 AM. 

    A cash prize of $300 will be awarded to the 1st place team following the tournament.

    A cash prize of $100 will be awarded to the 2nd place team following the tournament.

    NOTE: Your team must be present to check-in by 9:30 - 9:45am AM to be eligible for the tournament.

    Failure to register is grounds for disqualification from the tournament.

  • Note: Payment and Waiver Forms will need to be paid and filled out by ALL players on one of the following Saturdays (4/27, 5/4, 5/11, 5/18). Meet up will be @ The Door Christian Church (433 Western Blvd. Jacksonville, NC). Call or Text Josh (910) 546-3884 or Brian (214) 502-7763 for specific times to meetup. 

    Each Player/Participant listed must complete the Tournament Rules and Waiver Agreement Form, and must bring proof of age when filling out forms.  

    Failure to bring proof of age may lead to disqualification of that Player/Participant from Tournament play.
