  • ***Please fill out the text boxes asking for more information on the details of your return.  For example if it is "defective", what is wrong with the item or if you received the "wrong item", please let us know the item you received and the item you expected, if the error was Brown & Saenger's please explain.

    ALL returns must be in good condition upon receiving the product and in it's original packaging with no writing on the packaging.  (Unless of course the product is defective).

  • If return is the error of Brown & Saenger, we will issue a call tag and it will be picked up by FedEx, Speede or UPS if your company is  out of our normal delivery area.
