Training Contract
I understand that the trainer will work directly with me, teaching me how to work with my dog, the trainer will make every reasonable effort to help us attain our goals but makes no guarantees of performance on the part of the client or pet as a result of providing professional dog training services.

I (Client) acknowledge that obedience training/behavior modification may be an activity in which damage or injury to the dog(s) and/or persons may occur. I further acknowledge that my dog(s) may be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions which include, but are not limited to, vehicular travel, interaction with people and other animals, exposure to adverse weather, and exposure to areas with crowds and all types of traffic.

Lisa Wisdom and Kirstin Patterson are hereinafter known as “Wags n Wisdom Dog Training” cannot make any guarantee regarding the outcome of any training/counseling program. The owner assumes full responsibility for the dog’s behavior during and after the training/counseling program.

Liability Agreement:

As the legal owner/agent of the above-mentioned pet(s), having carefully read and fully understand this agreement, do hereby waive and release Wags n Wisdom Dog Training, Lisa Wisdom, and Kirstin Patterson from any and all liability of any nature. This includes any injury, death, sickness, or damage my pet may suffer during or after any training program. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wags n Wisdom Dog Training (Lisa Wisdom and Employees) from any and all claims due to damage the pet may cause to any family members of any third parties during or after training.

Miscellaneous:

The owner/agent will be responsible for purchasing all the necessary equipment that the trainer recommends for training the dog(s).

In the event either party deems it necessary to employ legal counsel to protect its rights under this agreement, the prevailing party agrees to pay all expenses including, but not limited to costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.
Terms & Conditions
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours prior to the appointment time.

Cancellations:
If you cancel within less than 72 hours of appointment time or do not show for a scheduled appointment, your reservation fee and/or billable hour is non-refundable, since each private session requires individualized planning, research, and consultation to provide you and your pet with the greatest chance of success.

Termination Of Training:
The owner of the dog(s) may have the animal withdrawn from training at any time, however, once training has begun; all fees are non-refundable. This includes all training packages.

This training agreement and Addendum represent the full and only agreement between the parties. The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement cannot be modified or changed in any way unless agreed to by both parties in writing.
