    After adoption this becomes a binding contract. If in the event that the adopter cannot keep this pet in the future, then New Beginnings must be notified.  Do not take this pet to another animal shelter unless approved by New Beginnings.If you need any help with pet training or behavior problems please contact us.


    All pets over the age of 4 months will be spayed or neutered before adoptions. Pets under this age will have a prepaid scheduled appointment for a spay/neuter surgery.  The adopter must agree to bring the pet to the vet at the scheduled time.


    All dogs will be on heartworm preventative. It is the owner’s responsibility to give preventative every month after the dog’s adoption. 


    By adopting this pet, you agree to provide full care of the pet’s needs to include but limited to: yearly vaccinations, medical care, monthly heartworm preventative, shelter, healthy diet, freshwater.  


    By signing this agreement, you will not hold New Beginnings responsible for the pet’s actions or medical care after adoption.


    If New Beginnings sees that you are not providing the adopted pet with a fit home then New Beginnings may confiscate the adopted pet at any time after adoption.
