1. Yr 2025 license costs: Antelope=$326, Deer=$374, Elk=$692 for non-residents. 2. WDH reimburses up to $100 per night for lodging and $0.30 per mile (round trip) for travel expenses. 3. Only if needed, just one caregiver is allowed unless special circumstances exist and WDH has approved the exception. Your able-bodied accompanying caregiver MUST be knowledgeable about and tend to 100% of your medical care needs. This responsibility is upon you and your caregiver and not any WDH volunteer(s) or companion hunter(s). 4. If approved for FA, receipts for any WDH-covered actual expenses (airfare, lodging, game tag) must be provided to WDH for reimbursement to be approved/paid. 5. All applications must be received by 5:00 PM MST on January 25th, 2026 - no exceptions!
