General Information:

Stroller Safari - Private playgroups must designate a group leader/point of contact.

A minimum of 10 participants must be registered for a Stroller Safari - Private Playgroup. If a minimum of 10 participants is not met, the program will be re-scheduled or cancelled.

The group will be capped at 18 participants.

The group leader will receive a registration link for your Stroller Safari - Private Playgroup via email. The group leader will then be responsible for sending the registration link to other group participants. Each group participant must register independently via the link. If the group leader is a zoo member, the zoo membership rate will apply to every participant in the private play group.

Final adjustments to guest numbers must be made no less than 48 hours prior to your reservation date. Accommodations for adjustments requested less than 48 hours prior to the reservation are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to get a hold of us, please call 719-424-7827. Refunds will not be issued if programs are cancelled less than 48 hours before the reservation date.

Weather Policy:
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo's Stroller Safari - Private Playgroup programs continue as scheduled as long as the Zoo was open the day of your reservation. If the Zoo needs to close due to inclement weather, we will call to reschedule the Stroller Safari - Private Playgroup for another date.

Submittal Instructions:
Please acknowledge that you accept these conditions and click complete form below to submit your request. Your Stroller Safari - Private Playgroup is not guaranteed until the contact person named in the form receives a confirmation email from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo stating the resources are available.

Please allow 72 hours for a returned call or email regarding scheduling your Stroller Safari - Private Playgroup request. Reservations are not final until payment for 10 participants has been processed
