3. Permissions

The Home School Legal Defense Association has permission to use pictures and testimonies I send for promotional material, using only first names and last initials (optional).

I agree to use any funding received from the Home School Legal Defense Association for the purpose specified on this application (required).

I agree to provide the Home School Legal Defense Association brief narrative and financial reports describing and documenting how the grant funds have been used on a regular scheduled timeline that will be established prior to grant disbursement. Once the funds have been exhausted, we will provide a final, cumulative report to the Home School Legal Defense Association.
