    Shipping Schedule

    • Requests for stock samples sent by 12 noon CST Monday-Friday will be packaged and shipped on the same day by 4pm. 
    • Requests for stock samples sent after 12 noon CST Monday-Friday will be packaged and shipped on the next business day by 4pm.

    REMEMBER: Due to scale, it's impossible to accurately represent what the final Design Pattern will look like on a sample, because the same design pattern can look very different based on the shape and size specified for your project.

    If you need to show your client something that illustrates exactly what a specific design pattern will look like when finished, complete our Estimate Request and our Commercial Project Designers will use your submitted specifications to create a Preliminary Design showing the design scaled to the space where it will be installed.
