Notification of Eligibility for Commendation of Board Superintendent Team

Planned Use of Data

To commend board-superintendent teams completing at least eight hours of team-building and other hours of continuing education as a complete board-superintendent team, with all members present together for the training.

Instructions:

Provide the indicated information. Both the president of the board of trustees and the superintendent must sign in the indicated blanks. The State Board of Education (SBOE) commends board-superintendent teams at its April meeting each year. Notices of eligibility submitted prior to April 1 of each year will be addressed at the April SBOE meeting the same year. Notices submitted after April 1 of each year will be addressed at the April meeting the following year.
