Writer in Residence Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Writers in Residence (WIR) member of the Writers Studio. WIRs may use the Writers Studio on a first-come, first-served basis, 7 days per week from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. Membership fee is $60 per month. If you are interested in using the Writers Studio as a Guest for one-time use, you do not need to fill out this application, simply call or email us for availability.

Note: During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Writers Studio is available for single-person use only, on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone using the Studio must agree to the FYACS COVID-19 protocols. Resident writers will use an online form to reserve the Studio for their private use.

FYACS Culture
Our building will be bustling with artists and students throughout the day. While the Writers Studio is a designated quiet space, we ask that you embrace the communal spirit of the building. Please see our Policies and Procedures document before you apply.

Applications are reviewed by the FYACS Board of Directors on a monthly basis. All applicants will be subject to a CORI check.
