4. All of your retirement accounts (types, contributions, and amounts). (Ex. IRA, Roth IRA, 401k, 403b, 457, Simple, etc.)
5. All of your current debts and associated information on each. (Ex. Mortgage, vehicles, credit cards)
6. All of your monthly expenses. (Ex. Rent, utilities, groceries, fuel for vehicles, child care, insurance, medical (if paid from “net income received”))
7. All of your quarterly, annual, and known one-time expenses on the provided spreadsheet. (Ex. Car tags/licenses, car maintenance)
