Planning/Concierge Fees*

KBT VIP Membership (Unlimited Trip)$5,000.00

Katie Bean Travels has created a VIP membership for a select number of discerning travelers. KBT members prefer to contact us for every detail of their travel plans during the year and find that our annual fee more than pays for itself. Our members receive an initial Wanderlust Consultation where we get to know them, their family and all of their travel desires. They then have access to our expertise, partnerships, and concierge services with a plethora of special services only available to them. This can include negotiated private jet rates, special amenities, access to VIP sporting and music events, gifts and more. The KBT team gets to know our clients, their families, and travel companions exceptionally well, ensuring that your travel life is streamlined, uncomplicated, and simply delightful.

Full Service Concierge Fee $750 $750.00

All trips will be charged a minimum non-refundable Concierge Fee of $750. Once the fee is paid in full, your KBT Concierge will begin planning your Unforgettable Experience. The Concierge Fee is separate from the cost of travel plans and covers an initial call, proposal, and concierge services. **If dates or location change, this is considered a new trip and an additional fee will be charged. For trips over $20k, the remaining 3% of the total trip cost will be charged thirty days before travel or when you make your final payment.

Hotel or Cruise Consultation Fee$250.00

A non-refundable consultation fee applies when you’re unsure of which hotel or cruise you’d like to book and need a consultation. This does not include any concierge services from Katie Bean Travels but gives you access to our VIP amenities.

Last Minute Booking Fee $750$750.00

An additional non-refundable fee of $750 is required for us to start planning your trip if it is booked within 14 days of travel. This is in addition to the 3% fee. KBT takes pride in creating exceptional itineraries and last minute trips mean all hands on deck for us to deliver the service we pride ourselves on. Once the fee is paid in full your KBT concierge will begin planning your unforgettable experience. **If dates change or location change, this is considered a new trip and an additional fee will be charged.

Group Trip Concierge Planning Fee$1,500.00

All group trips will incur a minimum non-refundable Concierge Fee of $1,500. Once this fee is paid, your KBT Concierge will begin crafting your Unforgettable Experience. For groups exceeding ten guests, an additional $100 per person will be applied for each guest beyond the initial ten. This additional fee will be collected once the trip proposal has been sent and the final guest count is confirmed.

TRIP INSURANCE: Travel insurance protects you and your investment. Unless specifically noted, travel insurance is not included in the cost of your itinerary. Without appropriate travel insurance, you agree that if you cancel or interrupt travel for any reason, portions of the trip/tour may not be refunded and cancelation penalties will apply, resulting in the loss of monies up to the full cost of your travel booking and related costs.
