  • The Vet-Traxx Festival Committee reserves the right to accept or deny applications with or without cause. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Vet-Traxx Festival Committee is limiting the number of vendors selling like items, and reserves the right to accept or deny your application with or without cause. You will be notified by phone call and/or email as to whether or not your application has been accepted.

  • List all products to be sold or exhibited. Any deviation from this list must be approved by Festival Management. Failure to identify and receive approval for each product may result in you being prohibited from selling those products. No food or beverages may be sold by a non-food vendor. None of the following are to be sold or displayed at the VTF: alcoholic beverages, adult products, marijuana, tobacco, weapons of any kind. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the festival with no refund of fees.

    Upon notification of acceptance of your application, you will need to send a check/money order (made payable to Vet Traxx Project) to

    Payment must be received no later than July 31, 2019, to guarantee your spot.

    Credit Card Payments
    Upon notification of acceptance of your application you will be emailed a link to pay your fees by credit card. Payment must be received no later than July 31, 2019, to guarantee your spot.

  • Upon acceptance of your application and receipt of full payment for all fees due, a schedule of events, along with any final instructions, will be mailed to you no later than August 31, 2019.
