The Vet-Traxx Festival Committee reserves the right to accept or deny applications with or without cause. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Vet-Traxx Festival Committee is limiting the number of food vendors selling the same food items and reserves the right to accept or deny applications with or without cause. You will be notified by phone call and/or email as to whether or not your application has been accepted.

List all products to be sold or exhibited. Any deviation from this list must be approved by Festival Management. Failure to identify and receive approval for each product may result in you being prohibited from selling those products. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the festival with no refund of fees.

Note: Your display, including any vehicles/trailers used in your display, must fit within the space size you select - no overages allowed. If in doubt, select the next size up.

Indicate which side is the front of your booth (public access side) along with the width and depth dimensions (include all awnings, counters, and back areas.

Health Permit Info: As a food and/or beverage vendor you must have a health permit issued by the County of Sacramento. Permits will be checked & validated by the Sacramento County Health Department during the course of their health inspections at the event.

If you exhibit and do not have a valid permit, you will be charged a fine as established by the Sacramento County Health Department – all fines assessed, will be payable upon inspection of your booth and before you will be allowed to exhibit.
