TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reservations can be made one year in advance, and are on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations are made exclusively through the online registration system.
- District 6440 reserves the right to reschedule the reservation if an unforeseen circumstance arises.
- Once payment is received, you'll be sent instructions regarding transporting and displaying RILEE.
- Donation of $100 per 24 hour period
  - Donations can be made online or a check may be mailed to Rotary District 6440 Charitable Fund. If the date you requested is available, you will receive an email confirming the date with payment instructions included.
  - RILEE may be transported one day before and after the event at no charge.
  - The reservation cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
- Transport and display of the trailer:
  - The Driver must provide a copy of driver’s license and auto insurance.
  - The Driver must attest to having experience/competence driving vehicle with a trailer.
  - Towing vehicle requirement: 2” Receiver and capacity for 3,000 pounds.
  - Trailer must be attended by a responsible adult at all times the display doors are open.
  - The trailer must be stored in a safe place if kept overnight.
  - The provided wood blocks must secure wheels when parked.
- Insurance:
  - Towing vehicle must be insured, and a copy of that insurance must be provided.
  - District provides insurance for display trailer property damage.
  - Rotary International provides insurance for liability.
By my signature below, I agree to the RILEE Terms and Conditions. We agree to submit payment of $100 per day, a copy of the driver's license and proof of insurance for the driver, and proof of insurance for the towing vehicle.
