    Parents cannot be listed as emergency contacts. List the name of at least one person who can be contacted in the event of an emergency or illness if you cannot be reached. At least one person listed must be able to take responsibility for the child in case the parent/guardian cannot be contacted and should be at least 18 years of age.

    This is to help us plan for the growth of the program and does not affect admittance of your student to the program.
  • **We are closed Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5. The Summer Program ends on August 28th. The Preschool through 8th-grade prorated fee for those three-day weeks is $60.

  • Fee and Payment Guidelines

  • • Discovery Ed payment policy requires a $20 registration fee and deposit of the first-week program fee. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Youth will not be considered registered until the registration and first-week program fees have been received and processed. Registrations will be processed in order of receipt.

    • The full balance of weekly program fees for Preschool through 8th-grade age groups is always due prior to Friday of the week before your youth will attend. Failure to pay in full by the required payment due date will result in your child being prevented from attending the program until the program fee is paid. If the program fee is paid the week your child will be attending the program, The program fee will be charged at a rate of $25 per day.

    • The full balance of monthly program fees for Teen Membership is always due two-business days prior to the month your youth will attend. Failure to pay in full by the required payment due date will result in your youth being prevented from attending the program until the program fee is paid.

    • Late Pick-up fees will be charged for each youth staying after the scheduled closing time. Late fees are as follows: $5 for the first 15 minutes, an additional $15 after 30 minutes and an additional $25 after 45 minutes. If no one can be reached by 1 hour after closing,
    Child Protective Services will be contacted.

    • Checks, cash, money orders, and all major credit cards are accepted. Fees may also be paid online at discovery-ed.org or by cash/check at the office. A $30 fee is charged for all non-sufficient funds, and declined or returned charges on any method of payment. Youth will not be allowed to attend the program until valid payment has been received and recorded.

    • Financial assistance is available. Please submit a scholarship application or contact the office for additional information.
