Classes will be held at 9:30am to 11:30am
Classes are $20 per session. $160 for the full eight weeks.
If you choose to pay weekly, you will be required to pay $40 a week in advance of the first class to reserve your seat. Weeks three through eight payments will be due at the beginning of that week's class.
If you choose to pay the full eight weeks before starting the class, you will only be charged $140. One week is free!
This class is appropriate for anyone wanting to explore mindfulness and its potential benefits in their lives. The course is designed to introduce mindfulness through a variety of practices, practical tips, exercises and resources. Sessions include the following topics:
