Requests can take up to 7 days to be processed. Please be patient.
Before you submit this request, please note that our general guidelines for approval are: win percentage of 50% or less in L3 and L4--one division drop; win percentage of 25% or less in L3 and L4--two division drop. Injuries/medical issues are not considered in the playdown decision.
Instructions for the Play Down Request

If you wish to play down to a lower level, whether Regular or Senior division, choose your most recent division of play from the dropdown menus below. If you currently only play on a Senior team, we may use your most recent Regular division of play to determine if you are eligible to move to a lower Senior team. NOTE: SRA consists of players from B1 and below. SRB consists of players from B3 and below. SRC consists of players from C2 and below. SRD consists of players from D1 and below.
