The Pilates programme is mixed ability and will progress week by week. Modifications of the exercises will be demonstrated to ensure you are doing the right level for you.
If at any time you are unsure of the exercise or are experiencing any discomfort/ pain, please stop the exercise completely and inform me. There exists the possibility of certain dangers when exercising and whilst every care will be taken, it is impossible to predict the body’s exact response to exercise. Every effort will be made to minimize these risks by evaluation of preliminary information relating to your health and fitness and by observations during exercising. Please advise myself before commencing any session if, for any reason your health or ability to exercise changes.
