Harvest Room Doors?
One of the most common pieces of feedback that I have received as your Director of Residences is your fellow members would love to see the Harvest Room of the Villas become “enclosable” – that is to have accordion patio doors that will allow the member to have a completely enclosed Harvest Room, a completely open Harvest Room, or something in-between. An improvement such as this would have to come as an assessment to the Unrestricted members of the Residence Club (if you are seeing this question, that means you would be included in this assessment). After consulting with sources, the general feeling is this could be done with a one-time assessment between $2000 and $2500 per family to retrofit all 3-Bedroom Villas. With this very basic knowledge, is this something that you would like Mayacama to pursue?
