Please fill out this section for the 3 ring ADGA sanctioned show on Saturday May 25th
There is a Youth showmanship entry form after this goat entry form for those that want to participate in Showmanship on Friday May 24th.
Waiting on papers for goats, no problem: Please add your young stock or any goat you plan to enter even if you are waiting on their papers. This form has an edit submission option even after you submit, so you can go back any time before May 20st, 2019 @ 5pm PST and update those details. You will find the edit option on your cofirmation email once you submit. If you get papers after this date, you can update at show check-in, just come early if you know you'll need to adjust.
QUICK TIP: If you have an online ADGA account you can pull up your owner's list under "look up a goat" then simply copy and paste those details in the boxes below where applicable, this can save you lots of time and helps ensure accuracy! If you are doing this, don't worry about the date formatting from ADGA, we can format that as we finalize your forms, just paste it as is.
NOTE ON SANCTIONED BREEDS:
Please check that your breed is sanctioned in order to select the correct breed type, select AOP if it is not sanctioned. Sr., Jr., does and bucks have different sanctioned breeds so please read carefully.

Jr. Does (Sanctioned breeds) Nigerian Dwarf, LaMancha, Nubian
Sr./Jr. Bucks (Sanctioned breeds): Nigerian Dwarf, Nubian
How to fill out costs of goatsXrings: Add up the number of goat you have per ring. Most exhibitors will show in all three rings so you would put your total number of goats entered under the quantity for ($21.00) but if you are showing under only one or two judges then add your totals for those rings accordingly below.
Pen size: pens are approximately 6x8 feet and available in order of sign up. Note we must keep the main aisles clear, it would be advised to purchase a tack pen if you have a lot of goat/tack.
Goat vs. tack pens: Please make sure you separate out your tack and goat pens below so that we know to keep your tack pens free of shavings.
- Note that showing out of your trailer/vehicle is not permitted and there is limited space ring side for tie ups, so you'll need to purchse pens for your goats.
Straw: shavings are provided but straw is $10.00 a bale and available first come first serve, you can also bring your own.
NEW Cleaning fees: Due to rising costs pen cleaning will be required before departure. However if you would like to avoid cleaning there is a $5.00 per pen cleaning fee that can be paid with your final total below. There will be minimal cleaning equipment to please plan to bring your own (wheelbarrows, forks & shovels).
Club member discount: If you are a current paying 2019 Northwest All Breed Goat Club member please enter CLUB19 for your $6.00 discount
Every 10th goat is free! Don't forget to subtract every 10th, 20th, 30th etc. goat from your total goat count below.
