Our KGO Updates keeps over 700 people who live and work in East Scarborough informed about what’s going on in and around our community.

 

The newsletter goes out monthly (once a month) on the last Wednesday of the month. The deadline to submit is the Thursday prior to publishing, by 5 PM.

To maximize capacity and prioritize accessibility, please ensure that your submissions meet the following criteria. 

 

1. Open to the public
2. Free to residents
3. Local (East Scarborough) and easily accessible by transit (two or fewer busses/trains, an hour or less by transit)
4. If not local, accessible via a virtual platform
5. Have a full description in the "short blurb" section, not just the flyer (for screen reader accessibility)
6. The flyer is converted to JPG or JPEG format

 

Submissions that do not meet these criteria will not be included in the newsletter
