House without an attached garage but with a detached garage up to 100 LF

An additional fee of $3 per LF will need to be added to additional structures or any LF over 100 on the detached garage. 

SENTRICON STANDALONE RENEWAL

Monthly auto cc payment required - $360 yearly + $1.80 per LF over 400 LF / 12

 SENTRICON STANDALONE OVER 400 LF 

Example 450 LF: $360 + ($1.80 per LF x 50 = $90) $450 / 12 = $37.50/month. 

 *** Only if approved by manager or real estate install - $360 plus $1.80 Per LF over 400LF

 

CURATIVE UPGRADE TO B2

Offer customers the option of $200 off curative treatment if they bundle pest & Sentricon together.

NON-CURATIVE UPGRADE TO B2

$100 to add Sentricon to a pest control program up to 400 LF. This is only an option if there is no evidence of termites on the property. 

CURRENT LIQUID TERMITE RENEWAL UPGRADE TO SENTRICON

Upgrade under 400 LF - $300 + $1.25 per LF over 400

Yearly Renewal over 400 LF - $30 monthly + $0.11 per LF over 400 LF

POTENTIAL BID ALREADY HAS SENTRICON

Q: If we are at a bid and they already have Sentricon with a different company and want to keep Sentricon, do we keep the system in place or remove it?

A: We would pull the bait and caps off the system and replace the bait and caps with new ones. We would also have to scan them back into the system.

CUSTOMER ALREADY HAS SENTRICON BUT DOESN'T LIKE COMPANY SERVICING IT

Contact your manager. You must note this on the contract if sold. It will change how we report this property to DOW.

ADDING ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES AFTER THE INSTALL

Some customers may add an addition to their home or build an additional structure they want to be protected. 

Add $2 per LF on additional structures and $0.11 per LF on the monthly renewal price over 400 LF.

If the customer already pays monthly and they are over 400 LF, divide the additional renewal rate by 12 to come up with the updated monthly price.
