We will give you a call to go over the contract with you, answer any questions you have and be sure you understand your obligations, responsibilities and protections before you sign anything.

If the conservator accepts your offer, you will need to deliver a deposit within 5 days.

We recommend being willing to close within one week, but allowing 60 days in case it takes a while to get court approval.

If you would like to have professional inspection(s) of the property, you will be able to do so after the conservator accepts your offer.
