The information provided on this form will be used by The Inn of Last Resort Heroes Scholarship Committee to select recipients for scholarships. It is important that the applicant fill out all the information requested below, give two personal references, and submit a short essay. Each summer, one full scholarship will be awarded, and up to $400 in additional partial scholarships may be awarded at the discretion of the Heroes Leadership Team. The deadline to submit your application will be June 25, 2023.

Please list one mentor/pastor/teacher and one person from your community who would recommend you for a scholarship.

Each applicant is required to submit a 300 word essay (around 3 paragraphs) that will determine the award granted. In your essay, please answer: What would attending Heroes Week mean to you, and why do you feel you should receive the Heroes Scholarship?

Your essay may either be typed out in the field below, or written on your own computer and uploaded. If you choose to type the essay out in the field below, we still recommend writing it out on your own computer first and saving it. Then copy and paste it in the field below. That way if something happens to your connection and you lose what you've written, you still have a copy some place!
